    Hi All,

    I am currently in the process of helping a friend of mine refurbish a 74 Type 2 VW Camper Van.... We are hoping to get it on the road in 5 weeks for its inaugral trip to Achill Island, which could be slightly ambitious given that it has no roof and the engine is sitting on the floor at the moment!

    What I need help with is - how do we go about getting it taxed and insured and any recommendations on the cheapest places to get insured?
