Apache SSL reverse proxy

Quick question for any Apache experts in the house. Im setting up Apache to run as a reverse proxy, with the sole use of redirecting an incoming SSL connection to another web server. Im not having much luck and am hoping for some sample config from anyone who has done this previously.
