    Hi Guys,

Seeking a good sound engineer to mix a 5 piece band for a gig this Friday 30th May in O’Dwyers pub in Dunboyne (about 10mins from Blanchardstown)? Setup 8pm then go on stage around 10.30ish for 2 hours.

We are looking for someone who has lots of experience mixing bands as we are looking for a crystal clear sound but with a good thump from the drums and bass.

We've a fairly high end system so someone who has experience working with similar sized setups would be excellent.

DB Technologies Forty Line 3200 Watts. This is an Active system with crossovers etc. automatically handled.
    Soundcraft Spirit FX 16 desk
    4 x DBX 266XL's Compressors
    DBX 1231 EQ
    BBE Sonic Maximizer
SoundLab 500 Watt powered amp with two Peavey speakers used as monitors

Everything is self contained in a rack unit and already connected so would just be a matter of getting sound right.

    3 mics for vocals
    2 guitar amps mic'd up
1 acoustic guitar straight into desk
1 bass amp into desk via DI on amp
    5 drums mic'd up

Please let us know asap if anyone's interested or could recommend someone.

    Cheers,
    Ciaran
