    Guys i know there was a thread a good while back with information on tax clearance forms for waivering tax on any winninings in the US but cannot seem to find it so links or any info would be much appreciated.

    I'll just parrot what most guys say in response to this. Most of the big casinos will sort this out for you over there if necessary. Just ask the poker manager in one of the reputable places, Belagio, Ceasers etc. Hasn't been an issue for me yet unfortunately.

    Wynn and The Venetian sorted this for me after the tournaments i cashed in were over, a guy that came with us got stung to pay taxes on a tourney cash in Caesars though. Best bet is to ask the TD or poker room manger before you start playing and they'll sort it for you no problem.

    You can get these forms in most of the casinos there but they take several weeks to process, im not sure if you can do it before you go. I was told last year that there is a chap in the Bellagio that can speed it up if he does it for you for $100 or something but i couldnt find him last year. However, after the main event i just went up to the collection desk where they asked me had i filled out the form as i was from Ireland and they didnt deduct any tax.
