Just trying something a little different.

The weather has been almost too good lately, with perfect blue skies almost every day.

I decided to explore a barren section of the Donegal coast at the weekend and came up with this simple, minimalist composition?

    C+C most welcome

Looks like where the Americans pretended to land on the moon.
Those crazy Americans, what will they think of next!

    The moon you say HJL?

Donegal is a long way from there.

I like it. Then again i am firmly in the camp that your feature in AP was very well deserved.

I'm glad you like it Dragan,

The Antrim Caves were practically a world away from this little snapshot.

I think the Antrim Caves are literally a world away from this spot? Surprised there's not a red cast on this one Andy...

Yes, the roads of Donegal can make it seem a long way.

Hi Adam, just wondering could you tell me where that shot was taken?

btw have you checked out the Maghera caves near Ardara?

A mars bar to the first to recognise the area?

    Burnt,

It's on the back road to Portnoo. The one with the grass growing up the middle. A short distance from the road you'll easily find it. It's 140 million square kilometers of bare rock.

I've not visited the Maghera caves yet, that's one for my next landing.

Valentia. A Mars Bar? What a strange choice of prize.

Funnily enough I was in Ardara at the weekend and a lot of the scenary
along the windy roads looked exactly like the OPs pic ;)

Lots of other fantastic scenary there though.
