Ebaying with caution.

Hello ,I'm lookin for bladerunner on ebay for the last while and havin no joy. Spotted this one as the only listing ,but it's seems so blatantly scammerish.

Do ebayers get away with this type of thing?

Can I ask what it is that flags this seller as "Scammer-ish"?

The listing seems OK, if a little sparse, the item in the photograph is sealed and appears to be an official UK/IRL Warner Bros Blu Ray dvd, and his recent feedback shows little out of the ordinary.

Possibly my only concern would be over why he would have multiple copies of the I Am Legend dvd for sale, but there may well be an innocent explanation.

Im tired, maybe I'm missing something?

(oh and theres about 30 blu ray Blade Runners listed for sale on ebay as of 10pm Sunday....)

The description for the Blu-ray is for I AM LEGEND. Thanks for posting the blu-ray links ,I have searched numerous times and couldn't find anything else.

Could be selling I am legend too. He may have copied the text and forgot to edit it. Could easily happen if you have lots of items.

Thanks work account , I really thought the seller was going to say "Oh sorry I made a mistake".
They don't seem to have anything for sale for a long time ,except for maybe last year sometime ,then it was a good few years back.
I'm not bothered anymore ,thanks to the results bondvillain posted. I don't know how he/she got them ,I've searched with the exact same text and only got one result

Bondvillain has just checked, and can confirm that he's a he.

Regarding finding the stuff, He just went on to ebay.co.uk and searched for "Blade Runner" (two words) and then for "Blade Runner blu ray" to narrow the search.

Correct and well spotted . I missed that the listing text referred to 'I am Legend". The explanation here is probably that both this listing and his other current listing for IAL went live almost simultaneously.

He's obviously used the 'sell similar' function to make the listing for Blade Runner, and although he remembered to change the photos, he missed amending the text.

Sorry man ,wasn't tryin to pish take your name . Thanks for the replies on it and for the tips about searching. I put the same text in myself as you ,but on the .IE domain of ebay I only get one result.

No bother at all. Ebay.ie is sadly rubbish when it comes to searching for anything. I always use the UK as default, and narrow down the postage options from there.
