IDA Interview...

    Hi guys,

    Have gotten through to the assessment centre for the IDA graduate programme. They were abit vague as to what exactly will be involved, although I know there are 3 seperate excercises and none are aptitude tests. Has anyone been through the process and assuming there will be an interview, what should I expect to be quizzed on?

    Any help appreciated!

    I'm in the same boat. It just says 1 group assessment and 2 individual ones.

    Not sure what exactly to expect.

    6/7 people being called would be a bit much i'm sure they'd spread there net a bit wider than that surely

    Is this job still open and what do you people reckon on here would it be a good career move

    I was told by their HR people there was only 6 people being called for this particular assessment centre, maybe there's more.

    The job is closed since two weeks ago, and its only a good career move depending on your own personal career goals I'd imagine.

    I know this is an old thread but does anyone have any info about the video interview for the IDA graduate program? Any tips from those who have done it before would be really appreciated :)
