Pretty sweet warranty on it as well.
Limited warranty - parts and labour - 3 years - on-site - response time: next business day

I've actually been looking for something like this but I was planning on waiting until after the summer. Does anyone know how loud it is?

You sure about the not shipping to Ireland part? After you add it to your basket you get these options for delivery.
    Eire 2 Day £10.99
    Eire Express £24.95

Your right, just ordered 2 for €300 delivered..

If you select home or student they say they cant ship to Ireland, but if you select business they ship ( dont have to give any business details, just a name )

Nice one Dman001, going to put xp and a cheap video card into them..

    Thanks for posting

Got one of these from elara a few weeks ago, they are fairly quiet but not as quiet as the dell SC440 servers. They do consume a fair bit more power aswell but overall a great little system with a full height pci express slot.

Good deal, no OS but certified for SuSE Linux Enterprise Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. So the free version of Red Hat Enterprise, CentOS should work perfectly on it.

These have been selling cheap for the last 2 or 3 months. I got one from elara when they first got them in at that price. Just for anyone thinking of getting one here are what i would see as the main pros and cons

    Pros:
    - Cheap
    - 16x pci express slot
    - uses am2 socket so the weedy processor you get with it can be upgraded easy enough
    - It looks nice

    Cons:
    - Bleeding thing is noisier than an xbox 360 on startup out of the box. IT calms down after a few mins but is still very noisywith stock fans. I had to replace cpu fan and rear fan before i could use it (80mm and 92mm fans)
    - 2mb Gfx mean it's not much cop as anything other than a server unless you install discrete gfx.
    - Pci express lane is right up beside the cpu cooler so if you've a passive card with anything on the back of it it won't fit well
    - No pci express connectors on psu (which is also a bit noisy) but probably just as well as i doubt it could run a heavy duty card.
    - no on-board sound
    - It didn't play nice with ubuntu or Fedora with onboard gfx

Great deal. Any suggestions on where to get a decent monitor to go with it?

If you're using this machine on a monitor that supports resolution over 1024 x 768 at anything except the lowest colour depth (16 colours) you're gonna need a gfx card for it too.
