Fantastic from Munster, they truly are undoubtably the best team in Europe after this season. Without doubt the hardest HEC title ever won: coming out of a group containing clermont (french league leaders), llaneli (knocked munster out last year) and wasps (last years champions), then beating glos (top of the GP all season) in the Shed, and getting through a plucky Saracens away. Munster have truly been awesome this season.

Great to see Leinster and Munster do the double, really bodes well for wiping off the cobwebs from the poor international season, and moving forwards. Irelands 'golden generation' aren't finished yet!

Special mention to Alan Quinlan, fully deserved MOM, was at the centre of everything Munster did today, he was literally all over everything, like he has been all through their european campaign. He has been indispensible in Munsters supremacy this year

A credit to the game and to what hardwork can achieve. Have been scraping away for almost 10years and are now hopefully going to be finally recognised as true legends in their field by those that saw 2006 as a fluke.

Fantastic to see Paul O'Connell and ROG lift the cup together. POC has to be one of the most down the earth and driven players ever would inspire everyone if he were to captainIreland.

Delighted to see Quinlan get man of the match for someone who is so often underrated by the IRFU.

Cracker of a game also by Dougie Howlett, Leamy, POc in particular.

Declan Kidney couldnt go out on a better note and will always be remembered in the Treaty County.

erm...that would be that plucky all international pack scraping away for 10 years in the wilderness...?:p

edit: no more of the petty provincial ****e people.

Fantastic win for Munster. I have to be honest and say that I didn't think that they had much of a chance against the team the Toulouse put out but Munster just didn't let Toulouse their game at all! Great win and well deserved.

Ya Lamboley was the guy kicked out at Flannery at the final whistle as well.

Apolgies to the mod, only saw the recommendation to change there, I'll agree to unsporting. ;)
