    Welcome to Boards!

I'll try my best, but no doubt I'll get something wrong... :)

The Championship is split into the following:

Leinster (Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Dublin, Kilkenny, Wexford)
Munster (Cork, Waterford, Clare, Tipperary, Limerick)
    Connaught (Galway)
    Ulster (Antrim)

Leinster has quarter finals on Sunday as follows:

Dublin v Westmeath (winners play Wexford in Semi)
Offaly v Laois (winners play Kilkenny in Semi)

After that, obviously there's the Leinster Final.

Munster has one quarter final, next Sunday, which is Waterford v Clare.

The winners of that go into the semi-final against Limerick. The other semi-final is Cork v Tipperary.

Again, the winners of those two play in the Munster final.

    Now here's the science bit...

Ulster is a ten county, five-round, seeded championship this year, incorporating London. Probably the best way of understanding it is here.

As far as I can tell, this years Ulster Championship has no bearing on who goes forward to play in the qualifiers, but probably will affect next years Championship.

In the qualifiers, Antrim play Galway on June 28th, with the winner going on to play the loser from Laois v Offaly and the loser going on to play the loser from Waterford v Clare. At this stage, a defeat means the end of the road.

The two Leinster semi-final losers then play the Munster semi-final losers, and the winners from those two games play the winners from the two games above. Again, a loss at this stage means game over.

The winners from the above games go on to play the Munster and Leinster losing finalists.

The winners from these games go on to play the Munster and Leinster winners in the All-Ireland semi-finals, then onto the final....

Easy as that! The Wikipedia page is probably the easiest way to get an understanding of it, but it has some fairly basic errors too. You shouldn't have to worry about it, being a cat, because at worst you'll face Offaly/Laois, then Dublin/Westmeath/Wexford, then who knows in the semi, but its knock-out time at that stage anyway.

    Oh, and Up The Deise!
