Hero escaping explosion?

I think plenty of films have a scene where you see the hero dive (towards the screen as you watch it )and just escape an explosion (which we see behind them).

I'm looking for a picture of this happening, any help appreciated...

this is pretty much every scene in the movie "The Marine" I don't think he enters one building without leaving it flying through the air in slomo as it explodes behind him.

Another good one was when Arnie is diving into the water when everything is exploding behind him in True lies.

There's also Geena Davis jumping out the window with Samuel L. Jackson when the grenade went off in THe long kiss goodnight

Sorry can't find any screenshots of these scenes though.
