Jericho - An 8 episode season, *sigh* :(
House - the strike kicked in two episodes after the regular scheduled break, and when it came back there wasn't enough time to develop a proper arc.

Heroes Even before the strike word was jericho would get a very short 1/2 season to tie up the current story and based on ratings there was a chance it would get a 3rd season.

I have to go with heroes, and the wpin off origins which got canned over the strike and a very short season 2 (just as it was getting good)

Heroes - Season was too short
Friday Night Lights - Season ended mid-way through the football season in show, no decent conclusion to storylines...

Pushing Daisies - Way too short debut season - we could have got more if it wasn't for the strike.

Bones - Rushed Gormagon plot leading to a shocking(ly weak) forced resolution.

Wouldn't count Heroes as we got a full chapter.

I agree with Bones.... I think the last 2 episodes could have been reversed for a better cliffhanger. They needed a 2 or 3 episode buildup to the Gormagon resolution too. For someone who had been outwitting the FBI for the whole season, he went down very easily.

I don't think Jericho was affected by the strike - they were only going to do 8 episodes anyway.
