Ok the burning question here is if the undead in 28 days later can classify as zombies, or does their amazing strength/speed mean that they can't be classified as such?

In my opinion they are zombies:cool:

They were infected with a virus and were not re-animated corpses. So for me, they aren't zombies, probably closer to being mutants imo

Did the virus not kill them though?

Wikipedia believes they are zombies (but that really means nothing:D)

They're not dead so they're not zombies.

they're not zombies for a few reasons:

1: they're not reanimated corpses and once dead they stay dead (most importantly)
2: they die / starve to death
    3: they're infected with a virus

and lastly they dont go urrrrrrrrrrr , braiiiiinnnnnssss more like "gaarrrrrr i'm gonna rip your fupping head off":D

I don't think that just because they're infected by a virus means they're not Zombies. In Resident Evil they were zombified by the T-Virus, were they not?

However, they're not Zombies due to the fact that they die like normal people.

Technically not zombies. They ain't dead so they have not reanimated.

But if a pack was chasing me down the street I would not be arguing the point. lol

in resi evil the t-virus specifically re-animates dead cells which is what brings them back to life. the zombies are created in the first place by the Red Queen locking and killing everyone in the lab as a precaution but the t-virus brings em back :)

How does that not make them zombies, and list of traits doesn't include a clause saying that they must need no food, I mean the feckers in the firlm last 28 days
