    Hello

Can someone advise me what would be best for floors/walls in bathroom? Are tiles the best?

Tiles tend to be the most popular, but their are other choices and all have pros and cons.
For floors you could use wood & laminates with rugs/mats to absorb water getting out of bath/showers. Natural stone carpet could work well as it has a texture and a grippy surface. For walls there is a sheet plastic that have tile designs that have no grout gaps, tinted toughed glass or coloured plastic sheet for shower & splash back areas even stainless steel.
