Meteor Text Bundle problem?

    Is it just me or are meteor really having problems adding them to customers accounts? I rang up for my unlocking code last month and they offered me 3 free text bundles, one each month for three months if i didn't ask for the code then. I took them up on the offer and got my first text bundle but then this month none arrived so i called and the cc guy new nothing about the offer so i emailed them and got a reply saying they are having technical difficulties adding them to ppls accounts.

    Was this just them trying to keep me happy or is anyone else having this problem?

    I feel sorry for u lonely soldier- I rang before to get my unlock code and they gave me a wrong code-they gave me a diff code and low and behold it was wrong, this blocked my phone-preventing me from moving. My friend was offered something like this too but don't know what s happenening, I'd get my number off their network asap and inundate them with calls for ur unlock code!!!!

    There were technical issues. Should be resolved now. Mostly.

    Change it with Vodafone or O2.

    I'm actually happy enough with meteor apart from this, I just heard about them offering the free text bundles on another thread (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055277466&highlight=450+free+texts+meteor) so i thought i may aswell chance my arm, still haven't recieved this months bundle, surely it can't be that hard to add a bundle to someones account

    your bundle is added on your bill date (5th, 10th, 15th,25th)
    if you haven't received on the day, ring the CC and ask em to escalate the issue to their tech.

    I'm on pay as you go, still haven't recieved it, what a shower of bankers!
