We don't look good. On lots of graphs. Other band countries not so consistenly bad by every metric

Only good on cost of BB versus GDP per person. (1) High incomes. (2) Does it take into account line rental? I think not.

Half the BB penetration of some countries just as geo dispersed
Could be half the penetration of countries with similar GDP. The countries worse than us have very low GDP. Greece, Portugal & Mexico are not in the Irish league of Brown Envelope passing.
