Downloaded the demo last night won't get to play it for a few days.
    Any opinions on it?

I was quite looking forward to this one having seen a trailer a few months back. The demo feels a bit too linear though, like your being led along on a rail or something, & it just didnt seem. . . fun.

Play it for yourself is really the only way to decide. I might be a little too critical of it, as they were trying to introduce you to a tonne of controls in the demo. Perhaps the game proper is much better when you get properly into it.

I tried it and didn't like it. Too much story line and video and terrible control system for fighting. I didn't like the whole press "insert random button" now thing either. I didn't know there was a Bourne game until 3 weeks ago so am not bothered.

I thought it was alright to be honest. Massive fan of the film and it was nice to run through it. Couldn't imagine it winning any awards though :)

It's pretty hard, and I could see it getting boring VERY fast.

The loading screens KILL it though! Like you die then you have to wait 1-2 min for it to load up the game, and you're going to die a few times from stupid things like not pressing X at the right time or something.

Quick time events are never fun

Played the demo - very poor. Avoid it like the plague. Wtf are these random button presses doing in a game i.e. you just knock some bloke out and are going to jump between ledges, then just after you jump you're required to press one of the buttons (which are selected at random). If you press the wrong button, you have to do the **** all over again.

And the fight controls are crap.

I was hoping for something as good as the movies, but this was a big let down...

I played the 360 demo, presume it's similar. I was sort of looking forward to this but after playing the demo, not a chance. Frustrating controls, especially having to press a certain button at a certain time or you die, stupid and totally ruins it. Too many cut scenes, you just get into it and next thing a cut scene comes along and totally kills it. The action scenes are good but that's about the only good thing I can say about it :(

Played the demo meself. Not my cup of tea. Books and Films were great though.

Something fishy going on here. Gamespot gave it 8/10, IGN 7.5/10 and 1UP gave it a C+, and also spoke favourably of the driving sequence in it, which I thought was laughable.

Everyone in this thread who's played the demo agrees that this game is pants, yet these so called "journalists" seem to think it's a great game. Defo some dodgy dealings going on here methinks

Yes but that will be strictly the demo, the same for FIFA after a game you had to reload the whole demo, it's to stop you getting an easy way to play the game for free.
The buttron thing was hard although i was slaughtered trying to do it at 5am, i kept pressing the wrong one at the gate then just gave up, but for a demo i taught it looked good.

Reviews i read a while back were saying it was going to be good in comparison to other ''Film-to-Game'' titles!
