    Here are the details of a few changes at the Sporting Emporium.




    New Tournament Schedule. Starting from Monday 2nd June.


    Please note that all Tournaments are "No Limit" Hold'em unless otherwise stated.


    Mondays.

    €35 + €5.
    1 x €30 Rebuy or Top-up.
    Starting Stack : 3,000.
    Rebuy/Top-up : 4,000.
    Clock : 20/25 minutes.

    Tuesdays.

    Satellite and Promotions night. Please contact the Poker room or check the website for details.

    Wednesdays.

    €40 + €5.
    1 x €40 Rebuy or Top-up.
    Starting Stack : 3,000.
    Rebuy/Top-up : 4,000.
    Clock : 20/25 minutes.

    Thursdays.

    €50 + €5 Double Chance Freezeout.
    Starting Stack : 2,500 + 2,500.
    Clock : 20/25 minutes.

    The Second Thursday of the Month.

    €100 + €10 Double Chance Freezeout.
    Starting Stack : 3,500 + 3,500.
    Clock : 25 minutes.

    Fridays.

    €50 + €5.
    1 x €50 Rebuy or Top-up.
    Starting Stack : 3,000.
    Rebuy/Top-up : 4,000.
    Clock : 20/30 minutes.

    Saturdays.

    8pm Start.
    €90 + €10 Freezeout.
    Starting Stack : 7,000.
    Clock : 20/25 minutes.

    The First Saturday of the Month.

    7pm Start.
    €200 + €20 Freezeout.
    Starting Stack : 8,000.
    Clock : 30 minutes for 5 levels, 40 minutes from then on.

    Sundays.

    7.30pm Start.
    €50 + €5 Freezeout.
    Starting Stack : 5,000.
    Clock : 20/25 minutes.

    The Monthly Tournaments.

    The €500 Freezeout is no longer with us but we welcome back the €100 Double Chance Freezeout on the second Thursday. The €200 Tournament remains on the First Saturday.

    On Saturday 19th July there will be a €400 Freezeout. If this proves successful, we will run it on the third Saturday of every other Month. Full details below.


    Saturday 19th July.

    €400 + €40 "No Limit" Hold'em Freezeout.
    2 Day Event.
    Starting Stack : 10,000.
    Clock : 40 minutes.
    Start Time to be confirmed.
    The Final Table will be played on Sunday 20th July.


    Details of the Satellites for the €400 Tournament to be confirmed in the next couple of days.

    Structure.

    25 - 50 - 0 - 40 minute Clock.
    50 - 100 - 0

    20 minute dinner break.

    75 - 150 - 0
    100 - 200 - 0
    150 - 300 - 0
    150 - 300 - 25

    10 minute break.

    200 - 400 - 25
    300 - 600 - 50
    400 - 800 - 50
    500 - 1000 - 100
    600 - 1200 - 100

    10 minute break.

    800 - 1600 - 200
    1000 - 2000 - 200
    1500 - 3000 - 300
    2000 - 4000 - 500
    3000 - 6000 - 500



    Plans are in place for a Mini Festival ( €1,000 Main Event ) at the end of August and a Full Festival at the end of November ( €1,400 Main Event ). Details to be posted shortly.


    There are some changes in the Structure of the Cash Game League Play off.
    60 hours = 6,000 Starting Stack.
    Every hour over the 60 = 100 extra chips.
    E.g Player 1 plays 100 hours in the 12 weeks = 10,000 Starting Stack.


    Every Friday night starting from 6th June.

    €2 - €5 "No Limit" Hold'em Cash game.
    Optional €10 Straddle.
    Minimum Buy-in : €100.
    8pm Start.
    Rake : €6 per person per half hour.

    make saturday game 95+5 or 100+10, 90+10 is ....not fun.
