I've replaced the ink and still no joy.

The test page prints put quickly with no problems....except the page is blank.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Thanks

Did it detect the correct model as well?

That's odd. Dodgy behaviour like that could be expected if it wasn't detecting the right model.

Are you using the HPLIP utility? If so, there might be an upgrade available that might fix it.

Does the printer print out okay from another computer?
Does the printer self-test page appear blank? (Usually: Hold the paper feed button down and turn the printer on)

Long shot but did you definitely put in the new cartridges right? Taking off the seals and whatever.
