    Hey... anyone ever gigged in the Sugar Club? Looking to play a gig there.. just wondering how one goes about such an endeavour.. phalh

    ye i have played there, go to there website and you will find a contact number..they will charge you for the venue, sound engineer and if you want doorman. different rates pending on the night you go for..

    I called them myself, got the number if I can recall from one of the very helpful stickies in this forum, I booked for a monday and it cost €366 inc VAT, half of which they wanted as a deposit, price included engineer and bouncer, it's a nice venue, but the layout is crap I think personally for a rock gig, it's just seats and then no one will get up out of those bloody seats and you have a huge gap in front of you, and the engineer we had might as well have been reading a paper with a cup of tea and a fag for all he cared about the show, not one of my best live experiences
