The transport infrastructure is good - just buses in Lux city.
A lot of folk commute to Lux city from other parts of Lux or indeed France/Germany.
House prices seem to be high enough - on a recent visit I saw a poster for a meeting about how high prices are pushing people out of the city.

    - both slightly higher than Dublin
    - this is possible but there is always a high volume of commuters so becomes tiring, an option is Trier particularly if you have German
-depends on the company, the American and internationals are quite relaxed, but there is not a culture of going for drinks on a Friday evening for e.g
    - house inflation is low, actually slighlty decreasing for the last year, prices are very high with most people starting off in apts
    - competitive interest rates, but not many fixed or traker products
    - transport is good and reliable, all buses but don't think Dublin bus!

Trier sounds lovely, I actually lived in Aachen for a little while many years ago, so Germany is not unfamilar to me.

    Thanks for the info
