how can you get rid of that stupid RUN ONCE IE7 thing

    I was off work for 2 weeks... when i came back IE7 was there instead of my IE6... everytime i start IE i get that "Customize your settings" screen.. doesnt matter when i pick or change it keeps coming back,

    I've checked whats bookmarked and it's google...

    any idea how to turn it off...

    As i've said i've followed the info on the screen to change the settings and save them... but it keeps coming back.

    Start
    Run
    type in regedit.exe
    then open HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    Software
    Microsoft
    Internet Explorer
    Main
    In the right hand pane create a new DWORD called RunOnceHasShown and give a value of 1
    Then create another new DWORD call RunOnceComplete and give a value of 1
    Restart Internet Explorer


    and if you couldnt be bother doing that, just get a superior browser like Firefox
