    Hi All,

I have just got the ebs turned on in my new house and they say they require a €300 deposit or for me to setup a direct debit. I was wondering what will happen if i fail to do either and just pay my bills as they arrive in the post office, etc...

    Rgds
    Tony

I am afraid tony, you don't have third option. There is no 'C' this time. :D
I like direct debit coz i always forget last dates.

Can you not set up a dd leave it for a few months then cancel it and pay as you go?

Hey at least you weren't like me I had that and Bord Gais want a DD AND €200 deposit, which will be repayed when you close your account.
