ordering online from three

    Tried to order online from three then got the following email

    Unfortunately we have had to cancel your order that you placed on 07 May 2008 21:47.
    If you asked us to cancel it, then this email confirms the cancellation. If you have not requested your order be cancelled then we have tried to contact you, but have not been successful. In which case please call us on 1800 330 333 as soon as possible.


    Weird, so I rng them confirm my details and then they say they can't tell me the reason it was cancelled but if I wanted to find out I could write a letter to some address. I didn't have a pen or paper handy so asked could it be emailed. No was the answer... but once if I wrote I got give my email in the letter for further correspondence.

    I'm not sure but it sounds really roundabout.. I was going to switch and it might sound silly but making me jump through hoops kind of pouts me off, maybe I'll buy in a shop.
