    hi, does anyone know if you have to do a course or qualification in dog handling for security? I would just like to know what the law says about it. Thanks for your help

    Hello there. I've googled a good bit and
    can find nothing in this category (in Ireland).
    Maybe this UK site:

    could give you more more useful search terms (if
    you don't have them already). I found one guy
    in Kildare who was a police dog handler in England
    for over 30 years and has a shedload of other
    professional qualifications too:

    Maybe he could put you on the right road? Maybe
    the pet-dog trainers could answer a few questions
    for you too.
