    I was just wondering what age you have to be to get pierced without your parents consent?

    i think its a fair question. its not like shes asking for names of places to go that'll do it underage.

    It is, I wasn't trying to suggest that it's not. But if it's something that you've to consider, then you are definately too young to get one without parental consent.

    Most places for stuff like ears or nose it's 16.


    Anything else - 18.

    Depends on where you wanna get it done. Places like George's Arcade will do anything with no questions asked, but other places vary. I know Bodyshock in Temple Bar is 16 for ears, 18 for anything else, if that helps. Basically anything involving a needle will need parental consent if you're under 18.
