Hi Guys,

I bought one of these packages from a guy who was advertising in a local newspaper.

He installed it (box and dish) etc and everything worked fine, last week the picture started to break up and this week most channels have no signal displayed, but there are a few like sky news that are fine?

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

[Obviously signal strength is poor on the no signal channels but fine on sky news, how can this be?]

poorly aligned dish i would think. If he instaled it recently, get him back to fix.
