has anyone had any contact with these guys in the last few months, i know there not dealing anymore, but i emailed them over 3 months ago, with a problem that is covered under warranty, they emailed me back saying that the warranty would be upheld and that was the last i've heard from them! i've been sending dozens of emails since with no reply!! so just wondering if anyone has heard from them?

    Cheers in advance,

well because i purchased it of the guys at unlockthatiphone and it is unlocked, so apple wont honor the warranty, but unlock are obliged to! As when bought it they offered the same one year warranty that apple provided!

The site is gone, did you pay via paypal by any chance if so and it's within the timeframe you can issue a claim against them hence freezing that money and possibly getting it back.

unfortunatly not, the site keeps going up and down they, usually display a page just saying that they are not trading anymore, but will still be up-holding warranties. But obviously they aren't bothered. Pitty really because during business they always replyed very quickly with any queries and i was never disappointed.
