i have a business with a website and we were thinking of posting a blog on the site where people can ask their questions on relevant topics and we can reply and help them out, has anybody got any experience with this or even any thoughts on the matter ?

Sounds like you want a forum, rather than a blog.

If the questions are constantly repeating you could go with an FAQ/Knowledgebase type of system which would give more a wizard driven approach to finding answers. Sometimes if forums grow it can be hard to track down the answer you are looking for.

But as the lads say above I don't think a blog is what you need here.

    noticed this earlier today.
Its simple, but its a good example of a faq/question area and I think it works quite well
