maynooth to airport - cheapest transport?

which is the best and cheapest transport from maynooth to airport?

i dont think there is any airport bus here
correct me if i am wrong

so one option is to take taxi - 60euros one way
or take train to citycentre and take airport bus

please suggest other options

This takes 25 mins from the Spa hotel in Lucan to the airport, of course you're still stuck with getting a bus from Maynooth to the Spa hotel but at least it cuts out going all the way to Dublin city centre.

thanks mate.. i always thought they dont pick up passengers from lucan
its just a drop off point

youre right.

If its more than 4 people a €40-50 taxi is the cheapest.
If not grab a bus into town and a bus (not airlink) to airport. Costs <5€

Don't get the airport bus, allow a little more time and get the 16A.

Take train to Drumcondra and there's a bus stop right outside the station in Drumcondra where you'll have no shortage of buses going to the airport.
