Is anyone aware of a reason why a DVD-VCR player purchased overseas would not work in Ireland? The player in question is a Samsung and I originally brought it in Australia, it has already been set to multi-region. The player in question is a Samsung and I originally brought it in Australia, it has already been set to multi-region. When I try to tune it onto a TV (eg. by playing a video) I get poor picture-quality and no sound. Is there a setting on the DVD player I should be aware of??
