I am a total DIY disaster :o but want to surprise her in doors and actually achieve something myself rather than relying on my older brother to bail me out!

I read previous threads about this subject and understand what I got to do but can I just buy the length of coaxial cable with the fittings attached or will I have to buy the length of cable needed and attach the fittings myself?

As I stated at the start I am completely useless at DIY but surely I can do this??

Its better to buy good quality cable and do the connections yourself.

Oh hell no avoid like the plague. wherever you bought the tv link you should be able to sell you good quality cable, rg6 as a minimum but if you really want a good job wf100 or similar works well.

    Thanks Tony
