    Hi
I am thinking of taking on a unix / linux person to install some software, set up cron scripts and test the rig.
He has a degree but no specific experience in this area on his cv. (tho I am pretty sure he can do it)
What is the going rate for this kind of work? €/hr?

    Thanks
    e

Have you looked into doing it yourself? It's not complicated atall. Going rate can't do wrong with €10/12hr as average. But I'm just guessing.

Sounds like you're looking for an IT person. 28k - 32k a year for graduate. work out from that what you want to pay hourly.
