An elderly relative of mine is flying Galway dublin then dublin to london heathrow next week.they can walk short distances and dont need a stick or anything but wouldnt be able to walk from the plane in dublin to the terminal where the london flight takes off. she was told she can get assistance( a wheelchair and someone to push it) but i have trouble finding who to ask about this. i have emailed booking enquiries but no luck. rang a reservations number but was on hold for ages.flight is next week. any help or numbers will be appreciated!
