Trouble with vaio start menu...

Randomly, even if I'm not touching the laptop, the windows in the task bar disappear behind the start icon, and it's impossible to click on them or do anything really, so I have to restart the laptop completely. Like this... Look at the start icon... Look at the windows... I need help!!
