Getting massive headaches lately

Last few months ago I've been getting really bad headaches brought on by any kind of exercise (or amorous adventures), literally I can go from zero pain to flooring in seconds.

Today I needed to go for a pee in work and decided to wait until I got home, last few days had been a headache free zone.

So when I got home I went for a pee and instead of the pleasurable feeling of relief my head exploded, the explosive pain is gone now but a couple of hours later my head is throbbing pretty badly still, and from previous experience if I exert myself at all in the next few days it will be roaring back with interest ..it will probably be about 48 hours before it fades:(..all from delaying a pee!

I'm a little scared truth be told. I've decided I better see the doc tomorrow. I'm 37 years old.

My main concern right now is how long all this may take, I seem to be getting worse and worse headaches almost by the day at this point.

I'm a bit overweight and drink to much probably, am hoping its a high blood pressure thing.

My worse fear is that I have b.tumour (can't even type that), how long does it take to get a scan to verify I dont have that?

Anyone ever had headaches before that scared them a bit?, if so how long did it take for the docs to conclusively diagnose you and put you at ease.
My worry is that my doc is going to prescribe giving up all drink, taking it easy and come back in a month..

I'd rather a scan or something just to put me at ease that I don't have a golfball b.tumour in there growing daily :(

Anyone have similar experiences?, I am gonna see the doc, I just would like some reassurance or real world advice truth be told.

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/
