    Do I use qoutent rule for this x^2+8100/400x?

    My anwser is (2x)(400x)-(x^2+8100)(x)/400x^2 is it correct?

    You can split it in two-

    x/400 + (81/4)(x^-1)

    which goes to

    1/400 - (81/2)(x^-2)

    Which may be what you got if you simplify, not sure

    Your numerator should be (2x)(400x)-(x^2+8100)(400)

    Cliste, you're off by a factor of two, should be 1/400 - (81/2)(x^-2)

    You forgot the correction Fremen, so it Cliste's answer should be:

    1/400 - (81/4)(x^-2)

    (Of course we're all assuming in the original question that it was supposed to be all over 400x, and not taking it literally as written, but they were applying the quotient rule so it must be that i suppose)
