Compact Digital Camera with Manual Exposure

My old digital camera has given up the ghost, so I'm looking to buy a new one.

One thing, my old camera had, which I'd really like in a new one, was completely manual exposure settings. You could set the exposure, anywhere from 1/4000th of a second, to one minute. I really like taking long 20sec+ exposure shots. You can create some cool effects, so this was a great camera.
Unofortunatly, this camera is no longer on the market (It was a Casio Exilim. Forgotten the model number), and its replacement has a maximum exposure time of 4 seconds, according to Amazon, which isn't great.
So is there any compact digital camera on the market, right now which can do this? By compact, I mean, one which can fit in your pocket. Not a massive SLR.
    Thanks

My Canon A710 was fully manual. Thats an older model, but the newer a720 might be the same.

Canon G9 is the camera to think about, if you are keen and interested in controlling your camera.

Most of the Canons can now be hacked to allow this. Great little cameras anyway but this is the icing on the cake. Bit fiddly mind you so the G9 or equivalent might be better for you if you don't want to mess around with your camera.
