Playusa.com is good, I got the 5 disc edition of Blade Runner for less than €30 a few weeks ago. I think the 2 disc edition was €17.

Aren't Bluray discs region locked though?

Are there many region free players on the market?

Some Blu Ray have no region coding. There are dozens of sites offering lists of region free discs.

    Unfortunately, yes

There are a couple of companies doing chipped blu ray players, but they're not exactly cheap yet :(

If ordering from America I mainly use dvdworldusa.com slightly dearer than Movietyme but delivery only takes about 5 working days, with Movietyme its usually 2 weeks.

dvdslimited Are supposed to be really quick from America too.

If you want a region B title i always use thehut.com delivery is usually about 2-3 working days.

    For information on region-free Blu-rays use blurayregioncodes.com

There are actually a huge amount of region-free titles. Most of my collection are from America.

Warner Bros have so far never region-coded and they stated they have no intention in doing so.

So far this year Sony Pictures have not coded either. Some of there older ones are coded.

Disney tend to code new releases and not to on catalog titles.(Although i have National Treasure 2 and that isn't coded.)

Paramount so far have not locked any titles.

Fox are the worst they encode every title new or old.

Universal are only about to begin releasing on Blu-ray in July so no one knows.(Although all there HD-DVD's were obviously region-free.)

Newl-Line encode new titles although there is a workaround see http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=687303 for more info how to do it.

That's fine, but a lot of the online vendors don't specify which region if any is in use

My blu ray player is a US import, so ALL my discs are from the US :)

As I said earlier use blurayregioncodes.com for to see whether a title is locked or not.

Movietyme also do all of there own region test on there blog movietyme.blogspot.com and put there results on there region free page here
