    does anybody get diss-orientated or dettached when u get panicky ???? like in some way ur not there fully

    u know logically f all will happen to you and its all in ur head , but yet u still get anxious , shirt of breath

    u convince urself that ur gonn have trouble breathing or swallowing etc and u create these feelings urself

    hey,
    know that feeling very well!
    it's called dissociation and is often present before, during or after a panic attack there are 2types;
    depersonalisation is like an out of body experience/ sensation
    derealisation is the one i get a lot, its a feeling as if your surroundings are not real, like seeing things through a fog. feeling 'spaced' out
