Edge Network problem: PDP Authentication Failure

I can't connect to EDGE on my iPhone today. I keep getting the above error message about PDP authentication. Anyone know what the story is? Is it a network problem or something on my phone?

I'd say your phone is fine. There is a problem with EDGE connections at the moment. I've been on to O2 and they say that they're working on it. Are you in the Cork area? I think the problem is limited to there.

hey, i had this problem in the citywest area of dublin today too.

it didn't last for long mind.
