spy camera and recorder advice

    Hi, my dad is getting awful abuse from other business' where he works.
    its currently in court proceedings and on the advice of a friend it was suggested he get a spy camera to show how he is being intimidated and the way he is being treated.
    Would anyone here have experience with one?

    Basically it should be wearable, concealed, have a large memory and long battery life.
    He's not in anyway tech savvy so something that would only require him to turn it on and off and we i could do the rest.
    I've searched online but the one's i've found have either too little memory or too little of the battery life.

    Ideally it would be about a 9hr battery life any a memory capable of storing about 9 hours of video.

    have i posted ithis in the right forum? i though security was the most appropriate but could the moderator suggest an alternative?

    most spy cameras have transmitters on them, if your dad worked in office, might be better to use something like that..but i'm guessin his work involves deliveries maybe?

    do the business people intimidate him on the phone? if he has a mobile, depending on the o/s, there are programs available to record phone calls.
