    Why did you get circumcised?

    Why did you get circumcised?

Couldnt pull back my foreskin. Keep to a gp, then specialist and then to the operating theater!! Sex was not impossible, just impossible without a condom before the op! Foreskin was the best contraception I ever had...

Are you for real? I'd imagine alot of women would notice the thing in their hand/vag/mouth is missing skin.

Sorry, what I meant was "it will be so unimportant to them they will hardly notice".

It's kind of late to be asking this question don't you think op?

Girls won't really care either way.

people in my thread gave some good advice and links.

Trust me, they do care! I wouldnt have gone through with the most painful experience of my life if it wasnt for some good. I toyed with the idea for years before getting it done. Makes a huge difference to my sex life. Ive had the same partner since before the op. So far 5 people have been circed. Im pretty suprised at that number. Ireland is a typical 'No circumcision' country!

They only cared in your case because it effectived your sex life. If you could have sex with no problems while uncircumsized would they still care? Highly unlikely.

Did you get the operation done by a butcher? Circumising is a very, very, very low pain procedure.

is it now, speaking from experience? The week after the op, i could move bc my lad was so tender.... the pain i experienced is second to gone.... any bit of cloth against the head and id nearly pass out!!! So trust me! Its painful after. Obviously I was out cold for the op.

    Yes.

Everyone's different I understand, but personally no pain at all. More of a discomfort for about 2 weeks at most. And that seems to be the general concensus with most people who have had it done. Afterall, they are only removing a small fold of skin, then throwing in some stiches.

No polls in PI. Read the charter. You have your answer anyway.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
