backing up numbers

    This has probably been covered here before, but can anyone tell me how I can back up the numbers on my Nokia to my PC? I have bluetooth, I just don't have the faintest idea how to do it :o

    It's an on-line phone number back up facility. It's free (well you pay a minisule amount for data transfer). It's easy to use too. Plus it has the added advantages:

    - no cables needed
    - you can use it to back up numbers from almost any brand phone
    - you can use it to restore numbers to almost any brand phone
    - you have a place where all your numbers can be retrieved from any PC (with username/password)
    - it's not tied to any network provider
