Blueface extension rings engaged!

    Hi

    I have a quick question regarding Blueface.ie, I have a Linksys PAP2 on my broadband and I bought a second unit for my wifes parents in Spain, so I've configured it correctly and have the extension number set up, but when I dial it via voice over ip it rings engaged after 40 seconds, if I call it via a normal telephone there is no tones come up on it. Now I can call out from the phone to ring my extension and I can call the phone using the 076 number, but I wonder why the extension does not work?
    Anyone got any ideas? Does it need to be approved by Blueface staff or something?

    You should e-mail blueface's support : support@blueface.ie

    Maybe the extension has not been set up properly ...

    Sounds like you put the same account information in to both routers.... you would need two Blueface extension numbers to be able to ring one from the other .. these can be easily added by visiting the pbx gui in you Blueface account..
