London In August

    Hi everyone,

    I was in London with college last October and absolutely loved the atmosphere the city has, even though I was only there for only 2 days! Because of the fact it was basically a glorifed drinking session, I didn't really get to see much of the city, apart fromt he exhibition we were actually there for! :D

    Basically, I'm thinking of going back to London for about 4 days in August to see the place properly, specifically during the English Bank Holiday Weekend. I guess I'm looking for advice and feedback on certain areas such as;

    * Best place to stay on a budget ( I was in Picadilly Backpackers last time, its not perfect but it has a brillant location but I wouldn't mind a that isn't too far from where everything happens in London. Also, a youth atmosphere is a most. )
    * What should I go see?
    * How much money would I need for a 4 -5 day stay. ( I personally reckon at least 100 Sterling a day is the minimum, correct me if I'm wrong. )
    * Best pubs and clubs
    * Good activites
    and anything else worth mentioning

    As for my intentions;
    * I'll probably go on my own ( I'm a 22 old male, in case anyone is wondering. )
    * With the above in mind, I'd want a good socail atmosphere in the place I'm staying.

    So, any advice and suggestions?
