    Hi all

I used to have an N73 which I had my gmail forwarded to (via vodafone mail). I have just changed to an E51 and have input the exact same settings but it just wont connect. (Actually there is one small difference, instead of Access pt in use being GPRS e-mail, it is now Vodafone MISP, but I dont think this should make a difference).

Do I have to ring up customer care to get something set up on the new phone to allow me to receive the mail this way?

This is the way I have it set up (which as I said worked on the last phone)

    Incoming Mail
    Username xyz@vodafone.ie
    Password 12345
    Incoming Mail Server pop.vodafone.ie
Access pt in use Vodafone MISP
    Mailbox Name Vodafone mail
    Mailbox Type POP3
    Security ports Off
    port Default
    APOP Secure Login off

    Outgoing mail
    Outgoing Mail Address xyz@vodafone.ie
    Username xyz@vodafone.ie
    Password 12345
    Outgoing mail server mail.vodafone.ie
Access pt in use Vodafone MISP
    Security ports off
    Port Default

    Cheers
