What is the general opinion on the above? Seriously thinking about moving into centrefire, and a .223 would suit me down to the ground. The above is in my price range (nothing over 1500) and I love the look of it. Would go for the laminate as well if I was inclined on the day ;) Any users / opinions?

jose, have owned one in the past and used several cz rifles, in my opinion they are the best value for money rifle out there, accuracy is always good
and most are outstanding...you wont be disappointed.

So anyone got a rough price estimate? This thing really looks the business! Me thinks it would make a great investment for my RDF summer camp money this year :) Oh, and one more thing- it is described as having a 'single set' trigger. What exaclty does this mean? Is it a single stage trigger or adjustable or what...?

Hell yeah, that looks sweet. Anybody know what kinda price that Varmint Kevlar goes for over here? Looks like it might be more expensive than a similar Remington.

BUT the varmint kevlar is a 1 in 9 barrel twist that will shoot a bigger range of buletts that the lam. stock that has a 1 in 12 barrel twist.

Never noticed that  I thought they were all 1:9 in .223? The 1:12's were phased out a few years ago were they not?
