Something similar happened at a Florida flight school number of years back.
A student pilot, on one of his first few solos flights, was coming into land but got landed on by another aircraft.
Other aircraft pulled up and then landed heavy. Guess they wen5t into stall.
The two guys in it were injured and spent few months up in hospital but student pilot held nerve and landed. Very good piece of flying.
AFAIK he got Flyer or Pilot student pilot of the year in UK.

Things like this can happen quiet easily, especially if people don't bother listening to radio calls and looking out the bloody windows. Then you have some eejits queue jumping as they round onto base or finals.

I am not allowed discuss …

The exact same thing happened between Flight 1736 and Flight 4805 on March 22 1977 at Los Rodeos Airport in Tenerife. The passengers and crew were not as lucky and they had a control tower. http://www.project-tenerife.tk/

Both of these incidents are very serious and are classified by the ICAO, FAA and NTSB (US) as "runway incursions", just that one happened to be more serious than the other.

Yes, In the sense that both cases involved or will involve an enquiry and an outcome by the CAA.
