Phone start-up failed

recently updated my nokia N95 firmware was working fine then turned my phone off then went to turn it back on . keeps comming up phone start-up failed contact retailer . anyone any ideas?? i bought the phone off a friend a few weeks ago

Problem solved . done a hard reset = green button ,3 , * while pressing it on .worked perfect no i dont wanna turn the fone off again just incase i have to keep doing this ha
